I am looking for a flash version of the gallery on this website: [url removed, login to view]

This is what I need:

Visitor is able to choose event gallery, the thumbnail displays and visitor can click on thumbnail but they are not able to view the full version unless they have signed in already. If visitor is not signed in, they will be prompted to sign in or register. After they register or sign-in, they will be taken to the full image of the thumbnail they've clicked.

This is the general idea of what i'm looking for. More details will be provided to chosen programmer. Design is not really neccessary, I only need the functionality.
