Need PHP Programmer -- 2

I have a php script: Duel Project Management ([login to view URL]) and I need some changes such as:
1. The word client to be changed to "employee"
2. Assigning multiple "employees" to projects
3. "Employees" can create projects and assign to other employees as well
4. Top bar needs to be our blue color
5. Sidebar needs to be a lighter blue
6. "Employees" can create tasks and assign those tasks to other employees
7. Have a section where Admin users can update the dashboard status (would have to be fully created)
There is plenty more work but this will be for the first round. We want to eventually make this a full employee portal. We have other php work needed as well such as our volunteer portal, etc.
