Looking to either create a software and/or have a method that I can ban videos on youtube by flagging them as spam.

1. Create software that will connect to youtube using gmail login *youtube* accounts.

Format for accounts is: username=password

2. Software will accept and use multiple proxys.

Format for proxies is: IP:Port

3. Software will post a custom message on Youtube to complain about videos.

Take this video of a school fight for example:
