OsCommerce customization

Ok I will buy a template from [login to view URL] with OS commerce that is included and will be installed by be and will be fully fonctioning and ready to go, so the part that I need you from is:

On OsCommerce you have the main categories, then you can enter sub categories and if you want sub-sub categories. Now all the sub categories or sub-sub categories will apear right below it's main categories in the left column, what I need you to do is to possibly move some script so all the sub categories and the sub-sub categories look like the following site: [login to view URL] if you notice, when you click on Epson for an example, all the subcategories will not apear below Epson but on the right within the website or call it the body part of the website.

So again if you go to [login to view URL] then click on Epson, then it's ssub categories will apear on the right, they are in this case stylus, Stylus Photo etc... then the sub-sub category of stylus is

Stylus C20

Stylus C42

etc...

Then the rest remains like OS-Commerce is, so basically move all sub and sub-sub categories to the right is all I need.

Again assume that OS-commerce will be instal and fully functioning on my server.
