Application to Email Craigslist

I require a software application that can manually collect a list of email addresses and then send an email to them all.

Please Note: the purpose of this is not for spamming

I have services that i want to offer to people on craiglist wanted section.

What i want this software to do is load craigslist, let me chose what region i want then chose what section to view.

Then i want it to allow me to browse through the ads and everytime it sees an email address on the ad highlight it and there should be an "add email" button, when i click this button it should add the email address to a list on the screen.

I should be able to add the email subject & messgage and the email from details i want and then when i have as many on my list as i need to be able to send the same email to all the people on the list maybe with a send delay so i dont get accused of spamming.
