CakePHP - CMS Development and serverside handling

**Hi there fellow workers.**
We have a cms system built in CakePHP / POSTGRES that runs a couple of websites.
What we want is an hourly price for someone, who would like to become our steady developer, as we still have many tasks in completing an upgrading this system.
As it runs now, it's only major bug is an issue where the cache slowly but certainly fills up the memory, causing the server to crash in the end. This would be a great place for you to start J
As a developer, or company, you would need a good understanding of server side technology as well. We would like you to clone our server (VPS) in two. One for your development and one for running the existing websites. The cms system is dependent of several third party applications, such as TinyMCE, jQuery, Ajax, Flashupload Etc. These are in need of updates all together.
There is also a significant task in upgrading to the newest cake version. But we expect to plan this with our choosen developer sometime in the future.

We are husband and wife, working hard to exist in these times of crisis. Therefore we do not have a big budget. But don't let that scare you. On the long term, there will also be really well paid jobs building special modules for our clients, when the CMS is stabilized for sales.
As i myself have been in the internet business for 12 years as a designer, i hope to see some experienced bidders.
