Fixtures Generator (PHP)

I would like to create an online fixtures generator for sport games.?

Here are the requirements:

Phrase 1

- It shall allow me to specify how many weeks and how many games ? that the teams will play in each week. (i.e. 4 games in a week)

- It shall allow me to choose how many times the teams will play each other, a checkbox will do in this case as the teams will only either to play once (home/away) or twice (home and away) against each other.

- All the teams shall not play more than once against the same team within 4 weeks. (i.e. Team A played Team B in week 1 and should not play against Team B until Week 5). The only exceptional is unless there are not enough teams.?

- The data will be retrieving from a mySQL table. The table and the test data will be provided with the project.

- The results will be stored into the same table mentioned above.

- The table will have the following fields: - id,name,week,group

- Normally will have 4 games in a weeks.

- The max weeks will be under 18 weeks.

Phrase 2: (With Group)

- It shall allow me to specify one or more seed teams that separated by a comma. (i.e. Team A, Team B, Team C)

- It shall allow me to specify how many groups I would like to have. If entered 8 in the box, the group name will be 'A, B, C, D, E, F, G' (in? alphabetic).

- The seed teams will not more than the number of groups. i.e. if there are 8 groups then the maximum seed teams will be 8.

- Every group will only have maximum 1 seed tea.

- Each group will play against each other as mentioned above in phrase 1. (same rules apply)
