Build a mobile application that allows mobile users to see what real estate listings are available in the area they are at.
Four Parts:
1. Build Installer for application.
2. Build Main Menu interface that allows the user to select a menu item.
3. When user selects menu option, send their GPS lattitude/longitude location to a web server.
4. Web server will send back data to be displayed on the mobile unit.

Additional Details:
1. Installer needs to be built for IPhone & Blackberry users. When installing it needs to ask user for their email address. This email address is stored on their phone until they use a specific feature described below. Deliverable will include downloadable executable for these devices. Uninstaller feature also needs to be included (unless phone does this anyway).
2. When app is run it will take user to a menu screen. Menu screen will include.
2a. Small Banner Ad. (Opens URL in app browser)
2b. "Search Nearby Listings"
2c. "Contact Realtor"
2d. "Contact Loan Specialist"
3. When 2c & 2d is selected it takes them to a new screen that displays the Realtor or Loan Specialists Phone Number & Email. This information will pull from a web server. The webserver runs PHP/MySQL. I will provide the PHP script to pull the data from a database, I need you to let me know the format you need it in.
4. When 2b is selected, it takes user to new screen and pulls real estate listings near their GPS location. App sends lattitude/long to the web server, and server will send back photos & listing information. App needs to take that information and format it for the mobile. Once again I will write PHP script to send data, but I need you to tell me how you need it formatted.
4a. Only have 5 or 10 listings per page displayed at a time. Have next/previous link to see more.
4b. Only one photo per listing is needed on results page. Have a "More Details" link on each listing which takes them to a new screen to show them up to 10 photos and additional data on the listing.
4c. Each listing details will have a "Schedule Showing" link that will take them to the "Contact Realtor" link above. If they do this, they need ability to go back to where they left off OR maybe when "Schedule Showing" is selected it prompts them to dial a phone number.
4d. Each listing details will have a "Send to Email" link that emails the listing information to their email. If it's easier, just send a request to a web server with their email & listing number and a PHP script can send the email. I can do this PHP script.
4e. Ability to filter results by price, size or property type.
4f. Ability to obtain driving directions based on their current location to a listing of interest.
NOTE: I do need graphical interface work done however if you are not a designer, then let me know in your bid so I can hire someone else to do the graphical work.
