Magento theme install, set up payment methods, get site ready to go live

I have purchased and partially installed a fully customised theme for my magento ecommerce site, which is installed on my hosting account.

The project is to? develop functionality for my Web-store based on the template I have purchased.

I need integration of both Paypal and Google Checkout to be undertaken.

I will require categories defining based on the products I will be selling.

Ideally I would like the products uploading onto the site (they can be provided via a csv for ftp, but can do this myself if it is going to be time consuming.

I will complete the Terms & Conditions etc. pages.
