I need a clone of [url removed, login to view] The website will feature Holiday Caravan Rentals in England, Wales, & Scotland only, so in the English language only please. The finished site will have the similar aims as ([url removed, login to view]) or ([url removed, login to view]) but without the clutter and distractions these sites offer.
I like the look & feel of ([url removed, login to view]) and its functionality, The main changes I require would be.
HOME PAGE
Googlemap will show England, Wales, Scotland, [url removed, login to view] over for county required, then click to see caravans available in that county, as per ([url removed, login to view]) Advanced search as per ([url removed, login to view]) but instead, location will read -Parks Available &scroll down box will indicate parks that owners have vans available. which will be automatically updated as the owner registers his van,
Featured Rentals boxes will scroll so as all featured rentals are shown in turn on home page.
Owner registration,and ability to upload their own caravan details will be the same, with the same navigation within it, Simple and easy as per ([url removed, login to view])
Last minute box will also show main picture of caravan featured.
Rental calendar used must be very user friendly but capable of showing daily/weekly/rates, some caravan owners offer rental periods that are, (Friday to Monday,) & (Monday to Friday,) Ideas Please.
Payment gateway, Paypal,and other major systems (ideas).
SE friendly URLs Dynamic sitemap for Google, Yahoo.
Banner Manager for advertising,

OR
Zinksoft sell a property sale/rental script and they assure me that "Any person who knows PHP, Mysql, Html, AJAX and CSS" could customize easily. a template would be needed (clone of [url removed, login to view] template)and I would own the code, this may be the easier option, but at this moment I need advice and a quote for either or both.
