Here we go:
We want an application that is on desktop backend and on website frontend for customer.
Customer can enter a desired date for service at website. He also can check his requested services - overview dashboard.
Customer chooses location and sends request.
Request gets to *desired store*. there on desktop application store has all dates listed with *pending*, and *approved*.
When a request comes in, store can confirm or sent alternate request.
Store can upload CSV with data for customers, items and services.
NO CSS - application will be bound in by local programmers into CSS.
Please give me an accurate quote and tell me what kind of software this is and what kind of effort goes into such, how long.
