Tool To Verify My Website Links on Another Persons Website

I need someone to create a tool that allows me to quickly verify that links to my websites are present on another persons website.

## Deliverables

I need a program that can scan a website to verify if my links are active/approved (this is for link building purposes). The output must be a spreadsheet that I can copy into excel (or even better if I can export as an excel file).

I imagine this program working the following way:

1. I copy a list of 3rd party urls (urls of the website where my link should be), my target anchor texts (keywords), and my website urls (where my keywords should be linking) into a box or into several boxes side by side.

2. I click "GO"

3. The program returns me a spreadsheet telling me if my link is active on the page (3rd party url) and the page rank of the page. The output should also give me todays date (as in the attached file).

If the program can check for the page rank of the website and record the date checked as well that is something I'll be willing to pay extra for it.

The program can search for a text string on the query page and ideally a link as well.

Please see the excel file attached so you can get a better idea of the output that I require.

If you can't get the exact output (with the Page Rank value) then I could still accept your bid but at a lower rate - I'll pay more if the output is exactly as shown in my spreadsheet.

I should be able to verify up to 20 links or more at a time. If finding the page rank makes the system too slow then we can remove this option.
