I need a small php application for remote users to upload an excel file and have the content be populated directly into an oracle db. As it stands, they are sent manually and I have to upload them myself. I'm trying to automate that process.

I have previous programming experience but haven't programmed in a long time. Will take me a while to do but I want a quick turn around on this one. Ideally, it will be a learning process for me too as I have to maintain it afterwards.
