We are a start-up eBay business which will be selling around 600-1000 items a week on eBay. I am looking for a post-sales application which will track recieved funds. The person who will be bidding on this project nedds to know how eBay’s sales and post-sales system works. If you’re familiar with eBay, they have a program called TurboLister which I am using to post my auctions. Currently I am happy with it but I might need something custom written in the future. For the current project what I’m looking for is a post-sales program which is written in Visual Basic. The program needs to retrieve all my ended auctions and store them in an Access data base. Then this application will need to retrieve my PayPal account received payments, compare the data from the eBay’s Sold Auctions to the data from PayPal and provide me with the list of people who haven't paid and who have paid in full along with the address and item description so I would know what to send them. The application should then print the list of names and addresses placing them in 2 column 5 rows pattern. After being printed these names should be placed in a "SOLD" section of the application where they can be accessed in the future in case I need to contact or refund a customer. If the person will be paying using some other method other then PayPal the application should allow me to manually change the paid/unpaid status of the auction and let me put these people in the que to be printed along with the ones which paid with PayPal.
