Need some one to reduce my cpu usage over a php script from 100% to below 30% - 20% or lower..

I am having problem with a script..

The script is taking too much (100%) CPU Usage when 200 - 300 online users visit it..

Even i tried upgrading form Level 3 VPS to Level 4 VPS but still no use..

The server restart when it hits the limit...

Please let me know if you are seriously know what you are doing..
