Modify Our Client / Make two copies / Add To Installer

We require a coder to modify our small .exe program.

Add to the programs installer some lines of code that will remove specified windows registry keys in the background.

Recompile the .exe so that our customers will just run one updated bug free version which includes your key remover code.

In addition we require two versions of the new .exe file, different enough that they can both be run on a single windows XP machine at the same time.

Currently if two copies of the program are run the second copy just opens the window of the first copy.

Vague or form letter responses will be ignored. PLEASE indicate SPECIFIC experience in adding code and patches and windows key monitoring experience and how you will perform the above tasks.

Proper bid requests and inquiries will be answered by providing links so you can download our .exe program and consider the task of monitoring keys and patching the code.

Addendum: 11/8/2004: This project does NOT require decompilation of the .exe (the previous requirement for this has been removed)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
