Add Captcha to Web form - repost

Need to add Captcha or similar security added on a web form to filter bots from posting junk onto the form. The form which sends an email with the populated field to me when the visitor clicks on submit button and this is already operational. I just need to have Captcha check added to prevent bot-generated spammers by requiring the (unrecognized) sender pass a CAPTCHA test before the email message is delivered to me.
