We are want a site similar! to [url removed, login to view] not a clone!

The CMS system must be coded in PHP,Ajax,Javascript, Plugin based so future development and updates can be ongoing.

The CMS must be made in a way that all the CMS sites using the system can run without software installation from a central code, Similar to Cpanel, Plesk, SiteBuilder, SiteCube type Server Software each account having there own actual hosting account.

We have already have a working model of this type of system but want to take it to the next level by automating the whole thing like sitecube.
