I require a jobs board similar to the design & functionality of webscribble (webjobs); in particular a fully managed admin panel. The site should be fully SEO. It must be multi-lingual (choice for the employer / jobseeker between English & one other language) It must have an editor that allows contect & design changes to be made via the admin control panel. Payment gateway, strong banner management system. intergration of a sitepal charector on the home page. It must have ALL of the features of webjobs. in adition, jobseekers must be allowed to create video resumes and employers be able to upload corporate video's. In adition, its needs to have the option to have a discussion forum. The site is to have a geographical target so a specific asthetic design will also be needed. Finally the site needs to be installed to my hosting account.
