Looking to integrate Facebook Login and Chat into my site

Hello,
I am looking for someone that is going to be able to do the following to my site..([url removed, login to view])
-Integrate facebook login, (where the user can log in to [url removed, login to view] with their own facebook account and this must give the user the same access as they would have if they created their own accoutn on the site the normal way)
-Integrate Facebook chat on the right hand side of the [url removed, login to view] the users facebook friends will be shown in their chat bar on [url removed, login to view]
-Then I want the user to be able to view any post on the site and a new feature needs to be added to the post where they will be able to add the other user that created the post as a facebook friend and engage in a live chat.
(Even better would be, if that user was online without having to add them as a friend just able to engage in a live chat even though they werent your friend.)
I know all this is possible and am looking for a good developer with Facebook Developer experience.
