Website made in php/ajax/html/mysql Need 100 hours work

I have a site [login to view URL] created in php/ajax/html/mysql from ground up no frameworks. The current developer has just had a baby and can no longer work on the site. Please note I am looking for someone to work for $8-11 usd per hour,
Work to start TODAY, please do not apply if you cannot start TODAY - 100 hours work over the next 10 days is required. Communications over skype I have a full specification. If you cannot work 10 hours per day full time do not apply.
Should this first 100 hours work we will offer you more work to develop the site further.
I am looking for someone who is extremely skilled inphp/ajax/html/mysql - beginners do not apply, you will be found out very quickly. Unless you have a lot of previous experience in this form of web development do not bid on this project.
