Ram checker for batch files

I'm looking for a program that can do the following: It'll need to be able to be called in batch files, with something that can be passed as a command (total ram threshold in mb). E.g. 500. It should be very simple to pass it in, something like start [url removed, login to view] If I executed the exe file with 500 as the variable, the program would check if the current available ram is > than that number, if it is then the batch file would need to continue. If it was below 500 it would sit there and prevent the batch file from moving forward (similar to a sleep command). It would constantly check at a given interval, and once ram is above 500 megs, it would then allow the batch file to continue. It's important that the file requires no user interaction. Meaning it should automatically hold up the batch file if there's insufficient ram, and then continue as soon as enough ram is available. It would be preferable if a winning bidder could have something done within a few hours, so please indicate a timeline in your bid. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
