Wordpress Programmer To Set-Up 2 Identical Sites & Do Minor Theme Customization

We are looking for a skilled Wordpress programmer to set up two virtually identical sites, from the same Wordpress theme. The programmer must be comfortable creating two very minor theme modifications & implementing InfusionSoft's CRM software into the site. See the attached PDF below for detailed specs on the two projects.
