I wish to have a website much like Angie's list or Yelp or local.com. I have the rating system already that can work with any wordpress theme but I need to develope a template that I can use on several sites that I will be buildiing. it must be wordpress based as the rating system will only work on these types of system.

I want an optional signup for membership area. I need to be able to have a drop down box with the type of business etc. it must have everexpanding pages that will be added everytime a consumer wants to review a business.

If you go to these sites, you will see what I'm looking to do.

IT MUST BE SEO FRIENDLY.
