Fix my Wordpress Product Page which shows HTTP Error 500

Hello friends,
Recently i am having problems with my products page which came with the wordpress theme as i cant access it. I use products page to do the posting here. Error i get is
"The website encountered an error while retrieving [login to view URL] It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request."
I have done everything the theme support developer told me to do but nothing worked.
