Need help for my WordPress project -- 2

My website project will be selling a simple service for car owners in Denmark. I’m using a WP template which I bought from Ait-themes and this theme is compatible with WooCommerce.

I need help to:

- I’m offering a service so I don’t want to show all those ecommerce features as “add to cart” etc. So I only need a solution for a custom ordering page where customer pays for the service I offer. A web form where the customer adds some different information pays with credit card and that’s basically it, no shipping or anything like that. Though I would like to be able to add and edit some text description, images, html on this order page.

- I will need to capture some information about customers’ vehicle in order to provide the service I’m offering. The information I want to capture will be basic info about their car and a few pictures of the car as well. All information needed should be captured in the ordering process and assigned in backend for that particularly order.

- I have access to a FTP database with technical car details on all Danish cars with registration numbers. I want to make use of this as a feature, so when a customer is ordering my service, they will only need to insert their registration number and the system should then pull down the vehicle information from database and place this info on the ordering page.

The “Order Service” link which can be placed on different pages around the website, should be like an illustration / image of a car license plate, where customer will be inserting their vehicle registration number in the “white field” – a script which takes customer and their vehicle information directly to the ordering page.

- At last customer should receive an email order confirmation with all information provided in the ordering process.
