We are looking for a developer to help us create an online booking system for courses in Wordpress CMS. Our client is wanting an interactive form that functions similar to [login to view URL] with a few differences.
All booking information needs to be stored in the back end of Wordpress for simple management. Below you can see an overview of the form development we require:
> List of Available Courses (Dynamically loads prerequisites below on click)
> Course Prerequisites (Multiple Yes/No Radio Boxes)
> Click No for any > Pop Up (Contact Us)
> Click Yes for All > Dynamically loads Calendar below
> Calendar of Course Dates. Click on book (Limited to 5 spots only per course). Dynamically loads course description and form below. Can book multiple forms.
> Course description, details, pricing and time
> New page (How many people are you booking for) Person One, Person Two (Dependant on how many they selected for above)
> More than 5 (Call us)
> Email capture with MailChimp
> Payment with PayPal
> Store forms within WP-Admin
