Hey i have a wordpress template i am working on and i needs some help!

I need to basically turn the photoshop file i have into a wordpress template... i have already have a theme started but i need help.. I already have a working wordpress theme i will give you but i need somebody to work with to make it dynamic -- like making the content dynamic -- a dynamic nav menu
