Heya!
I'm looking for an advanced? CSS/XHTML coder with good design skills to refresh the look of our website and to provide further design and CSS/XHTML work on an ad-hoc basis.
The site is an e-commerce site selling alloy wheels for cars:

## Deliverables
Stage 1
Redesign the main site frame with a more techy look, possibly using metal and carbon fibre effects
Stage 2
Design? 9 custom images for the index page central bar that have custom hyperlink/alt text. These images will be the basis for promotional marketing and so should be attractive and entice the user to click. The image content will be a combination of text with logos or images of cars/wheels.
Stage 3
Make a template for our "wheelmake" pages, which are all linked in the right hand navigation section, eg:? <[url removed, login to view]>
These pages need to be made more attractive.
Just re-work the "Breyton" page to allow me to follow that template for the others.
Additional images of cars will be provided.
Stage 4
Ensure that the CSS/XHTML validates correctly and correct any existing errors
**You should be:**
VERY proficient at CSS/XHTML
Have good design skills for layout and small banners
Able to communicate via msn/yahoo/skype IM
Be willing to work on future small css/design tasks
Finished work DOES NOT need to be integrated into the content management system. Just supply files that I can upload onto our QC server to test.
