I need an aws developer that is able to adapt my application written in codeigniter to use amazon s3 bucket since i have all of my web servers in the aws. There's not much work since its only one type of files that will be uploaded to the bucket and used.

Although I'm not PHP developer I do have some experience with PHP. I'm able to write mew code in PHP as well as customize existing one. But anyway I believe your project is more about AWS than PHP
