We need a software like checkfront

What we do?

We are a residential training centre. Our customers book accommodation (optional) and training courses. They pay a deposit of £50 at the time of booking. They pay remaining fees on arrival. Accommodation fees and training course fees are paid seperately (managed by a different companies) So we need to generate 2 separate invoices

We should have online booking facility. Students dont have to have access to the management of booking.

There should be facility to run reports on selected date range

1. Total payment received

2. Outstanding payments

3. New arrivals on a weekly basis (to make arrangements on Monday of every week)

4. New arrival report should show their name and room number and departure date for reception

5. Contact report to include their name address phone number date of arrival and email

Customer management

We should be able to send canned (saved) emails to confirm reservations and other contacts.

If this can integrate with UK mobile texting facility that will be great

The booking system back end should have colour code system to choose various options like ( Sponsored student, Accommodation only, Repeater, etc at least 10 colour codes.)

Room rates are charged daily. There are 10 different types of room .

Should be able to use discount codes

(If the duration is over 21 days they can use a discount code)

We should be able to download new contacts on a weekly basis in excel spread sheet so that we can upload it to cameleon i CRM system. If you can integrate it to cameleon i that will be even better.
