I need a new skin design that is similar to my current website and some features added:
- New skin design
- Allow/disallow knowledge base categories viewing by user group
- Show only knowledge base articles that are for the current user language
- Add filters to the user ticket view to show only tickets with selected status
- Add emails sent in user language when working by pop3
