Add missing leader lines and labels to Pie Chart created with Google Charts

I have 5 pie charts created using Google Charts, 2 of which display at any one time on a web page. Some of the pies have several slices and some of the leader lines and % values don't display. I'd like leader lines, labels, and % values to display for each slice.
In addition, the values in the data table are percentages, but they won't always sum to 100 due to rounding. Instead of displaying the % calculated by Google Charts, I want to display in the percentage input into the data table associated with the chart - this same value also should be displayed in the tooltips.
