Build a Website based on an Existing App

Hey there,
Due to time constraints, I need someone to make a full working website version of one of my apps ([url removed, login to view]). I've already made an API, all you need to do is make a smooth website that does everything the app does by hooking into the API. The design and color scheme need to be exactly the same.
I want the site to maintain all smooth animations/transitions as the app has (preferably a one pager that doesn't require much page reloading).
I'll provide all the graphics and sounds if needed.
I'd also like to add that the original app includes the use of AES-256 encryption (of parameters to be sent and received with the API), and UUID generation for unique games within the site.

Since you'll be using my API, you don't need to do any game programming. Just the animations, and transitions, and sounds to mimic how the app does them.
