Looking for a developer/designer to build a frontend/backend business listing site.
The feature is basically a front page with a search box, which enables the user to search the name of the business/address and is then able to rate/review and compare it to other businesses. However only registered users are able to do so. Guest are only able to view.
Registration is to be done either via email/facebook/google account, and users are then to select a username for display purposes. First names and last names are hidden for privacy. Registered users can also taken ownership of the business listing, which will need to be approved by an admin via verification as such etc.

Compare - (listing two businesses side by side to compare the location/address/opening hours/pricing etc)

Backend:
Admin (Level 1 to 3) - eg. Level 1 admins can only review business submissions and moderate comments on business listings. Level 2, can modify the business submissions and level 3 can do all.
Please recommend what coding language is best for this kind of project, which is fast and efficient when it comes to loading.
