Build a database integrated with Wordpress website

We need a database built for the following specific fields: Username, Password, First name, Last name, Law Firm, Area of Practice, and Languages. This is a database for Lawyer Directory, and also has to be integrated on Wordpress.
A wordpress admin must be able to add more Law Firms, Language and Area of Practice to the database. Data entered in all fields will automatically be collected in uppercase (ALL CAPS). Wordpress admin must also be able to delete or add a member to the directory via Wordpress backend.
Clients must be able to search the Lawyer on the Wordpress website and have their information from the database populate on the website.
Lawyers must be able to login to the Member\'s Area so that they can change or alter their personal information such as (username, password, first name, last name.. etc) and to also view another plugin.
