Imoplaza Solutions is a Romanian Company with a large experience in project planning and development. We only work with very well prepared specialists and we ensure the fact the project is all the time supervised by a specialist from our side.
The application will be used on the computer, as well as on the phone, so it is very important that it is designed this way; users will introduce information into the application through the phone. Each freelancer from the team will have to work on a module, so 2 specialists will contribute to programming the app.
APPLICATION SPECIFICATIONS
The application has the purpose of managing the petty cash of one or more companies. The application is separated in 4 modules, but only 2 of them will be developed now:
ADMIN – where the basic settings of the application are made, the users are defined, the roles for each other are defined, the fundamental elements through which the other modules work (eg: here we define the number and the properties of petty cashes, the currencies with which we will work, etc.)
REPORTS – is the module where the user can print reports depending of certain characteristics. Example: on a certain period of time, on a certain patty cash, on a certain currency, for a certain partner.
