I need a programmer to make me website like [url removed, login to view] where some random steam players put their skins worth 5$ or more and when the pot hits 25 entry's or 5 minutes the system randomly selects one player and all the skins of guns in counter strike global offensive is awarded to him through steam trade offer. This would be using Steams Trading Link system and steams api login. I need it simple not fancy.
