Complete and maintain php/smarty photography site

Hello, thanks for your interest. I have a photography website that has been running for nearly 10 years, based on a commercial php script. Periodically, I have updates, upgrades, new features, etc. that I need implemented. I've been working with a developer or two over the last 5 years, but neither one is available any more.
I have a new/updated version of the site that is nearly ready to launch. I need help implementing the last few feature and polishing some design areas. The site is written in php, but uses the Smarty template system, so you'll need to know now that works.
The database is MySQL, and part of the site currently runs on WordPress - both of those will come into play at times.
I will do the UI design, but I want someone who can bring creative solutions when needed. I have a partial list of tasks that need to be completed, but I also have ongoing work. Responsiveness, communication, turnaround time, reliability and creativity are very important.
I don't have a fixed job, per se, on which to bid. I'm looking for someone I can work with over a long period of time, probably on an hourly basis. I would like to get the new version of the site completed and launched in the next couple of weeks. I'm happy to give you more information on an individual basis.
