Create a Caching Solution for Prestashop Website

We are currently building a new Prestashop website which contains various 3rd party modules and some custom code. The functions work correctly, but some product search queries are slow and will require a caching solution to speed up search results.
We will also require some sort of automatic function on the server, to run period queries for the purpose of caching these results. Full details are included in the attachment
