Create a WordPress Template

Design a Wordpress template for a competitive sports team. The site should work well with visual composer and slider revolution.
The following design elements are required:
- The logo should be in the center at the top of the page, integrated with the menu bar/ header. (Menu elements should be on the left and right of the logo) The header should also be sticky.
- The top of the page should contain a large image/slider which spans the width of the page.
- The front/home page should contain an area for text/short description of the company as the main center of attention.
- A twitter feed on the main page, or if integrated discreetly in a site-wide footer at the bottom of the page
- A partner section in the footer
The following page types are required:
- A blank, customisable text only page with a large picture/slider at the top
- A 'tournament' page to show details about a current tournament including rankings, results etc.
- A news page for announcements and upcoming events
- A contact page for applications, general inquiries.
