Creation of Sub-Directories Structure in a Wordpress Site

I already have set up my wordpress site with a premium theme. I need someone to help me create the subdirectories structure that I require. Each sub-directory link e.g. mydomain/site1 needs to have a landing page that is similar to the home page. I will take care of everything else, only this structure needs to be made.
