Customization of Wordpress Theme/Listing type using WP Job Manager Field Editor

Need to create a Custom Listing Form (and equivalent front end submission form) on a Wordpress hosted website with Listify Theme (by Astoundify). WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin is already installed on the theme to facilitate customization (customizations can also be accomplished by PHP). Some fields on the default listing form will be updated, some will be deleted (not applicable), and some new fields will need to be created. A complete mock up of desired form and front end result will be provided.
