i need a programmer to do the following to the website:

-add the edit and delete post functions to the website.

-create a link to the image description(alter text) and link it to show the image uploaded on the server.

-Add cookies to remember the username in the login page.

-Check why the image cannot show up on the website after upload with information.

My budget is 50 sgd, higher budget bidder with not be entertained.
