This Web Application is a Patient Referral System –
This manages Invoices, Treatment Sessions, Report Writing, Report Management, Report Auditing. Users management.
We have four types of Users-
1. Website Owner Admin
2. Clinicians - (Treats Patients – (Triage- Phone Call Treatment & Clinic Treatments) - Clinician are part of a network company.)
3. Client Users (Refers their Patients)
4. Auditor Users (Audits Reports)
Work Flow of the Existing System is
1. Patient is Referred by Client
2. Admin would then refer the Patient to Clinicians
3. Clinicians treat patient and create Reports
4. Auditors generate Reports
5. After Treatment is Finished – Clinician Generates the Invoice to the Admin
