Angular.js developer needed to fix WordPress plugin video bugs

Hi, I need someone who is familiar with Angular.js and has knowledge of video player cross-platform issues to fix some bugs associated with a WordPress plugin.
The plugin works fine in Chrome, Firefox and IE. However, the following bugs exist:
- The videos don’t load in Safari on Apple Macs and iPhones.
- YouTube videos should not automatically resize to full screen on iPhones.
- It is slightly buggy using Android devices.
In short, I need the plugin to function flawlessly across all devices.
The plugin uses Plyr player:

I believe the issue requires either replacing the player or fixing some code.
I'm flexible with price as I'm not sure if it's a quick fix or not.
