Bootstrap Base Supervisor Interface

The target of this project is to create a bootstrap based interface that will be user from supervisor users
to analize data coming from a social hotspot system.
All informations are read only and will be provided with a set of 10 api calls.

The programmer don't need to create APIs.

The project require the use of graphs, and google map.

Requested skills are PHP, Javascript, HTML
The interface must be based on bootstrap because it must be usable from desktop and from tablet.
Some rules
Configuration must be in a file into ./etc/ dir.
A logging system must be used for debugging. I will provide a class to do that.
Logs must be placed into ./logs/ dir
Templates must be separated from code and placed in different dirs.
A more detailed doc can be sent for more info.
Istruction on how to use api will be sent. A PHP class is also provided.
