I would like to develop an app whereby people can choose other people (local to them) to meet up with for a drink. The intention is for two people to meet in a safe place for a social drink. People will need to register to use the app and as security is important, they will need to enter credit card details to confirm age and address. The app should come up with people who are local and also wanting to meet up for a drink either at lunch time or after work, so there has to be the facility to choose the person, agree a time, and choose a venue to meet up at.
