Build a fare validation scraper

We have an existing code (you may or may not use) to validate fares that we have found against [login to view URL]
The existing code has all the functionality but was working with a different website.
We need to validate about 2,000 fares per day using this scraper.
Validation means for the city pair and dates from our source a price equal or not more than 10% higher comes up when running a search.
Make the scraper easy to maintain for layout changes please.
