Purpose of the site is to create an online, fun light ,accurate and informative, high-quality, SEO-friendly glossary (dictionary) of terms and their definitions, that communicate the term to a wide variety of audiences.
The site it a 'one page' site that includes a homepage with options to search or go to a specific term (listed alphabetically and branched out by first letter), and a view of that term and it's definition. (with ability to share the term)
As the list of terms isn't frequently updated, we don't mind using a simple DB solution (such as connecting to a google spreadsheet with the data or you may suggest a simple solution)
Each terms is it's own URL. Each term has a few fields (Term, definition, example in a sentence, synonym, opposite and such)
Will provide developer with specs, wireframe and design/design instructions.
